- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- large onions, peeled and thinly sliced - 5 item
How to make caramelized onions:
Heat oil in a large skillet; saute onions until golden brown. Sprinkle on sugar and continue to saute until onions are well browned and crisp. Drain on paper towel to remove excess oil; set aside.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Side dish, Onions.
