Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- shortening - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 3 item
How to make caramel cookies:
Cream shortening and sugar well. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to shortening mixture and mix well. Chill. Roll out 1/4-inch thick. Cut into shapes. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
