Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- Kraft caramels - 49 item
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- firm bananas - 6 item
- chopped peanuts or ready-to-eat cereal - 1 item
How to make caramel bananas:
You will need 12 ice cream bar sticks.Melt caramels with milk in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring until sauce is smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise. Insert ice cream bar stick into cut end of each banana half. Spoon hot caramel sauce over bananas until well coated. Roll in nuts or cereal. Place on greased wax paper and freeze.
