Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp
  • uncooked oatmeal

How to make candy cookies:

Boil for 2 minutes in large pan, stirring constantly, the granulated sugar, margarine, cocoa powder and milk. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Spoon out onto waxed paper. One or two spoonfuls make a cookie. Let cool before you remove cookies from waxed paper.
