Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- sliced almonds - 4 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- white vinegar - 7 Tbsp
- sesame seed oil - 1 Tbsp
- roasted sesame seed - 4 Tbsp
- stems green onions, thinly sliced - 3 item
- seasoned Nissin Ramen noodles, crumbled - 2 pkg
How to make cabbage salad:
Dressing:4 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. black pepper1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil7 Tbsp. white vinegar1/3 c. salad oil Combine first five ingredients. Mix the dressing and pour over salad, mixing well.You can make this salad ahead of time, if you like. Shred the cabbage and keep it in a plastic container with the green onions. Have the dressing measured and ready in a jar. The almonds, sesame seed and the crumbled noodles can be placed in a Ziploc bag, ready to be tossed with the cabbage just before serving.
