Butterscotch sauce
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, packed
- light Karo - 1/3 c
How to make butterscotch sauce:
Cook sugar, syrup, butter and salt for 5 minutes. Stir smooth. Remove from heat. Add milk and vanilla. Return to heat; bring to a boil, then remove.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Condiments, etc..
