  • brown sugar, packed - 1 c
  • butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • 9-inch pastry shell
  • flour with a few grains salt - 5 Tbsp

How to make butterscotch pie:

Mix brown sugar, flour and salt. Gradually add milk. Mix well. Beat egg yolks. Add. Cook until thick. Add butter. Swirl on meringue. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
