Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- 9-inch pastry shell
- flour with a few grains salt - 5 Tbsp
How to make butterscotch pie:
Mix brown sugar, flour and salt. Gradually add milk. Mix well. Beat egg yolks. Add. Cook until thick. Add butter. Swirl on meringue. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
