  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • egg yolks save whites - 2 item

How to make butterscotch pie:

Cook in double boiler until thick and pour into baked pie crust. Top with egg whites beaten until stiff with 2 tablespoons sugar. Brown in oven.
