Ingredients/Components
- bananas, sliced - 3 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- small Cool Whip - 1 item
- baked pie shell or graham cracker crust - 1 item
- Heath bar crumbs optional - 1 item
How to make butterscotch pie:
Place unopened can of milk in pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for about 2 hours. (Make sure water always covers pan.) Cool. Line bottom of crust with bananas. Pour Eagle Brand over bananas. Top with Cool Whip. (May sprinkle Heath bar crumbs over top.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
