Butterscotch delight
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- flour
- stick margarine - 1 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip
- cold milk - 3 c
- boxes instant butterscotch pudding - 2 item
How to make butterscotch delight:
First Layer: Mix flour, nuts and melted margarine in mixing bowl. Press into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cool.Second Layer: Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together. Pour 1/2 over crust. Let cool 20 minutes.
Third Layer: Mix instant pudding and milk; mix 2 minutes. Pour pudding over second layer.
Fourth Layer: Pour remaining Cool Whip mixture on top of third layer and then top with pecans. Refrigerate until served.
