Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- margarine or butter - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- can sweetened condensed milk not evaporated - 1 oz
How to make butterscotch cheesecake bars:
Melt morsels and margarine in a pan. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press one-half of the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla extract and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumbs. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. Cool and chill before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
