Butterscotch brownies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- light brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- butter, margarine or shortening, melted - 1/4 c
- fine coconut or chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make butterscotch brownies:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease 8-inch cake pan well. Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar until blended. Cool. Stir in egg. Blend in sifted flour, salt and baking powder mixture.
