  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • baking powder
  • egg, beaten - 1 item

How to make buttermilk pancakes:

Sift together first 5 ingredients. Add last 3. Stir until just moistened. Bake on griddle. Serves 2 to 4.
