Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- whole wheat flour - 3/4 c
- buckwheat flour - 1/2 c
How to make buckwheat pancakes:
Stir together flours, sugar, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Combine egg, milk and oil; add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until blended, but slightly lumpy.
