Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 12 oz
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • peanut butter - 2 c
  • bar paraffin - 1/2 item
  • stick butter, softened - 1 item

How to make buckeyes:

Mix together the first 3 ingredients. Shape into balls the size of small walnuts. Chill at least 2 hours.

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate with toothpick. Leave circle of peanut butter showing at top to give buckeye look. Chocolate will set in about 2 minutes after it is dipped. Yields 60 to 70 buckeyes.
