  • pkg - 1 oz
  • margarine
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • paraffin - 1/2 sq

How to make buckeye candy:

Mix together peanut butter, margarine and sugar. Knead mixture like bread dough. Form mixture into balls, buckeye size. Place the balls on a tray lined with wax paper. Stick a toothpick in each ball. Chill.

Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of a double boiler. Dip each peanut butter ball into chocolate mixture, leaving a small spot uncoated. Let cool on wax paper. Remove the toothpick and smooth over the opening. Keep in refrigerator.
