Ingredients/Components
- long grain rice - 1 c
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
- mushrooms optional - 1 item
- can consomme - 1 item
How to make brown rice:
Melt butter in skillet. Add rice. Stir until brown. Take off. Add soup and consomme. No salt. Stir. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top with mushrooms.Recipe categories: Main dish, Rice, Long Grain rice.
