Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- water - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- raw rice - 1 c
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- can beef consomme soup - 1 item
How to make brown rice:
Saute onion in margarine until amber colored. Add consomme, rice, bouillon cube and water. Mix and pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Rice, Long Grain rice.
