  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • broccoli - 2 lb
  • American or Velveeta sliced cheese - 8 oz

How to make broccoli with cheese sauce:

Cook broccoli slowly until tender. Drain and place in casserole dish. Pour oil in skillet. Heat until hot and add flour. Stir until smooth. Add milk and stir until thick and add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour over broccoli.
