Broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- hot water - 2 cubes,
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- nonfat milk - 1 c
- frozen cut up broccoli - 3 c
How to make broccoli soup:
Chop 1 cup of the broccoli. Add onion and saute at medium heat, about 5 minutes. Put in blender and liquify; then return to pan and saute again for about 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining broccoli, milk and dissolved bouillon cubes. Cook at low heat about 5 minutes, careful not to scorch. Then thicken with cornstarch and 1/2 cup water.
