Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
- dash of white pepper - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- frozen broccoli florets - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli soup:
In a 4 quart saucepan, cook broccoli in a small amount of water until very tender; drain. Add soup, milk, wine, butter and pepper. Stir over medium heat until bubbly and serve. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
