  • raisins - 1 c
  • bacon bits - 1/4 c
  • sunflower seeds - 1 c
  • nonfat mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • diced red onions - 1/4 c

How to make broccoli delight salad:

Dressing:3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise1 Tbsp. vinegar Put washed, well-drained broccoli pieces in large glass bowl. Add raisins, red onion, sunflower seeds and bacon bits. Mix together dressing ingredients; pour over salad and toss to combine. Serves 6.
