- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- cottage cheese - 6 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
How to make broccoli cornbread:
Combine eggs, onions, broccoli and melted margarine. Add muffin mix and cottage cheese. Mix well. Bake in a well-greased pan at 425° until done. Cut in squares.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
