Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1 item
- shortening - 3/4 c
- warm water - 2 c
- mashed potatoes - 1 c
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
How to make yeast rolls:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand until well dissolved. Add sugar, shortening, potatoes, egg and salt. Mix real good. Add flour to make a fairly stiff dough. Knead well.
