Ingredients/Components

  • can creamed corn - 1 oz
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • coarse saltine cracker crumbs 12 crackers - 1/2 c
  • minced dry onion - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • coarse saltine cracker crumbs 6 crackers - 1/4 c
  • butter, melted - 1 Tbsp

How to make broccoli-corn bake:

Combine all ingredients except last two. Turn into a greased 1-quart casserole. Combine 1/4 cup cracker crumbs with 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle over vegetables and bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
