  • head cauliflower - 1 item
  • head broccoli - 1 item
  • flour approximately - 1/4 c
  • can broccoli and cheese soup - 1 item
  • enough flour to make paste - 1 item
  • enough milk to make thick sauce - 1 item
  • 3-inch piece Velveeta cheese - 1 item
  • Topping: bread crumbs

How to make broccoli-cauliflower casserole:

Topping: bread crumbs oleo Clean vegetables and cut in small pieces. Steam just until crunchy.

Make a white sauce with oleo and enough flour to make a paste. Use the water from the vegetables and enough milk to make a thick sauce. Cube the cheese and add to the sauce. Place vegetables in casserole dish. Mix sauce with soup and pour over vegetables. Top with bread crumbs and oleo. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
