- stick butter - 1/2 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- Topping:3/4 stack Ritz crackers
How to make broccoli casserole:
Topping:3/4 stack Ritz crackers3/4 stick butter Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain. Combine butter and cheese with hot, drained broccoli. Mix until butter and cheese melt. Pour into greased casserole.Topping: Mix 3/4 stick melted butter with crushed Ritz crackers. Spread on top of broccoli. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
