- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- chopped tomatoes - 1/2 c
- dried thyme - 1/4 tsp
- frozen, cleaned, uncooked shrimp
How to make broccoli and shrimp chowder:
In medium saucepan combine milk, garlic powder, thyme and broccoli. Cook over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Gently stir in tomato and shrimp; cook until shrimp is opaque. Makes about 3 (1 1/2 cup) servings.Recipe categories: Low fat, Soups & stews, Chowders.
