Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- canned tomatoes - 2 c
- can chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make enchilada pie:
Brown meat, onions and garlic over medium heat. Add next 7 ingredients. Cook 5 minutes. Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with torn tortillas. Top with meat mixture and more tortillas.
