Brisket marinade
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3 tsp
- white Karo syrup - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 oz
- barbecue sauce - 2 c
- brisket - 1 item
- liquid smoke seasoning to taste - 4 oz
How to make brisket marinade:
Marinate meat in Worcestershire, liquid smoke and seasoning at least 5 hours. Bake at 325° for 3 1/2 hours or 300° for 4 hours or 200° for 8 hours. Pour off some of liquid, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar and syrup. Pour over brisket and bake 1 hour.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Condiments, etc., Marinades and rubs.
