- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- baking powder
- chopped ham - 1 c
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1 c
- bacon, fried - 1 c
- chopped Swiss cheese - 1 c
How to make breakfast bread:
Beat eggs; add rest of the ingredients. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or in greased muffin tin. Makes 20 to 24 muffins. Can be frozen. You can add onions, green peppers or mushrooms if you like.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
