- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 2/3 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- sour milk - 2 c
- bran - 2 c
How to make bran muffins:
Soak bran and sour milk together. May add nuts, raisins or dates. Bake at 325° in convection oven for 25 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
