- buttermilk - 1 qt

- baking soda - 5 tsp

How to make bran muffins:
This makes 6 dozen and can be stored in Tupperware container in refrigerator for 6 weeks. Just use what you need and refrigerate the rest.In large bowl, blend dry ingredients, then stir in cereal. Then add wet ingredients and stir until mixed. Do not stir again. Put in muffin cups. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
