Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- salt
- flour - 5 c
- oil - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- Raisin Bran cereal
How to make raisin bran muffins:
Blend flour, sugar, salt and soda. Stir in cereal. Add milk, oil and eggs. Blend until moistened. Do not stir again. Can be stored 6 weeks in refrigerator. Use as needed. Fill lightly greased tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
