Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 2 tsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- cans water - 2 item
- cans beets medium size, sliced - 2 item
How to make borscht:
American way Russian soup. Quantity of beets to same quantity of water. Blend beets, sliced medium size, water and lemon juice in blender. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Serve chilled.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Main dish.
