Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- oleo, softened - 1 c
- plain flour - 3 c
How to make bohemian coffee cake:
Beat together the butter and sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Spread on cookie sheet. Save 1 1/2 cups of mixture. Spread 1 can cherry pie filling over this real thin. Leave 1/2-inch from each side. Spread rest of flour mixture thin over top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar icing or glaze.
