Blueberry yogurt muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- canola oil - 3 Tbsp
- fresh blueberries - 1 c
- vanilla yogurt - 8 oz
How to make blueberry yogurt muffins:
Whisk together flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. Combine orange juice, oil, vanilla, yogurt, egg and blueberries. Combine all ingredients together until moistened. Spray muffin cups and bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes.
