Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- fresh blueberries - 1 c
How to make blueberry streusel coffee cake:
Streusel Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. butter or margarine Combine blueberries and 2 tablespoons flour; toss gently. Set aside. Combine butter and next five ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add egg; beat 1 minute. Fold in blueberries. Spread batter evenly in a greased and floured 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.To make topping, mix first 3 ingredients; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
