- pkg - 1 oz
- confectioners sugar - 3 c
- pecans - 1 c
- blueberries - 3 c
- carton Cool Whip - 12 oz
- 9-inch pie shells, baked and cooled - 2 item
How to make blueberry pie:
Put 1/2 cup pecans in each pie shell. Blend cream cheese with confectioners sugar. Stir in blueberries. Put 1/2 of cream cheese, sugar and blueberry mixture into each pie shell. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
