Blueberry oat muffins
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour
- skim milk - 1 c
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- fresh or frozen blueberries - 1 c
- uncooked rolled oats - 1 c
- egg substitute or 1 egg, beaten - 1/4 c
- brown sugar substitute or brown sugar - 1/4 c
How to make blueberry oat muffins:
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg and oil. Stir until moist. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
