Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- blueberries fresh, canned or frozen - 1 c
How to make blueberry muffins:
Cream shortening. Add sugar and then beaten eggs. Add milk, alternately with sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Mix blueberries with 2 tablespoons of the original amount of flour. Bake 20 minutes at 375°. Makes 2 dozen muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
