Blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- or 2 eggs - 1 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- blueberries
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- sifted flour
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make blueberry muffins:
Grease muffin tins and preheat oven at 350°. Mix all ingredients together and stir until well moistened. Save a small amount of the sugar and mix with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for sprinkling on top of each muffin. Spoon mixture into tins, about 1/3 full, and bake for 20 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in the middle.
