Blueberry muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder
- shortening - 2/3 c
- blueberries, drained - 1 can
How to make blueberry muffins:
Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk when well blended; add the blueberries. Bake in greased pan (muffin tin) at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.Note: This mixture will keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
