  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • white cake mix - 1 pkg
  • blackberry wine - 1 c
  • blackberry jello - 1 pkg
  • Bake in Bundt or angel food cake pan for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°

How to make blackberry wine cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in Bundt or angel food cake pan for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°. Remove cooled cake from pan. Use a toothpick to punch holes in cake so it will absorb the sauce.Sauce:1/2 c. blackberry wine1 c. powdered sugar Mix wine and powdered sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over cake. Let set for several hours to let cake absorb sauce. Just before serving, sprinkle cake with powdered sugar.
