Blackberry cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- fresh blackberries or 1 pkg - 2 c
How to make blackberry cobbler:
Combine sugar, flour and water. Pour batter into baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray coating. Place fresh berries on top, then drizzle melted margarine over the fruit. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Batter rises on top and makes a nice topping for cobbler. Serve warm with ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Cobblers and crisps.
