Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- Beat well
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat well. Stir in chips; set aside.Chocolate Mixture (in separate bowl):1 1/2 c. flour1/4 c. cocoa1 c. sugar1 tsp. soda1/2 tsp. salt1 c. water1/2 c. oil1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. vinegar Sift flour, cocoa, 1 cup sugar, soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well until combined. Place paper liners in muffin cups. Fill half full with chocolate batter. Top with a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
