Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- water
- oil - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- unbeaten egg - 1 item
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Part 2:1 c. water1 Tbsp. vinegar1/3 c. oil1 tsp. vanilla Part 3:1 1/2 c. flour1/4 c. cocoa1 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda1 c. sugar In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients from Part 1. In a large measuring cup, mix all ingredients from Part 2 together.In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients from Part 3 together. Add Part 2 to Part 3. Mix well with beaters. Batter will be thin. Fill cups 1/2 full. Add 1 teaspoon Part 1, cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Use small tea party baking cups. Makes 48.
