Ingredients/Components
- salt - 4 tsp
- flour - 8 c
- baking powder - 1/2 c
- lard - 1 c
How to make biscuit mix:
Sift dry ingredients. Cut in lard with knives or pastry blender until all are even and are size of small peas. Place in sack and roll up tight. Keep in refrigerator. Will keep at least one month and will yield 5 batches of 2 cups each.Also good for coffee cake mix.
