- flour - 1 c
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- salt or less - 1 Tbsp
How to make beer batter:
Pour beer into mixing bowl. Add flour, salt and paprika. Stir until light and fluffy. May be used at once or kept in refrigerator for a week. Use to dip vegetables, shrimp, etc. Fry until brown. Also good with oysters or fish.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., North american.
