Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- water - 3 c
- mustard - 3 Tbsp
- tomato paste - 2 Tbsp
- bouillon cubes - 2 item
- beef chunks
- small carton fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
How to make beef stroganoff:
Cut small chunks of beef. Dredge beef in flour, salt and pepper; brown beef in oil. Drain. Add 3 cups water, the bouillon cubes, tomato paste and mustard. Simmer until meat is tender (about 1 hour). Add sliced mushrooms; simmer until mushrooms are tender. Right before serving, add the sour cream.Do not allow to boil again after sour cream has been added. Enjoy!
