Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream
  • water - 3 c
  • mustard - 3 Tbsp
  • tomato paste - 2 Tbsp
  • bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • beef chunks
  • small carton fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 item

How to make beef stroganoff:

Cut small chunks of beef. Dredge beef in flour, salt and pepper; brown beef in oil. Drain. Add 3 cups water, the bouillon cubes, tomato paste and mustard. Simmer until meat is tender (about 1 hour). Add sliced mushrooms; simmer until mushrooms are tender. Right before serving, add the sour cream.

Do not allow to boil again after sour cream has been added. Enjoy!
